Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales.
- Follow up with interested prospects to nurture and close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and turn objections into opportunities.
- Confidence in handling both warm and cold calling.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and call tracking systems (preferred).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
